Charity of the Year 2012

 
Following a company wide vote, Hope and Homes for Children was chosen as Key Travel's Charity of the Year for 2012.

Hope and Homes for Children is an international charity working with children, families, communities and governments to build sustainable models of family-based care. They close damaging institutions and move children into loving families, provide support to families at risk of breakdown and develop services to prevent child abandonment. Working closely with governments advocating for childcare reform they support delivery of lasting change for generations of children.  Set up in 1994 by a British UN Commander following visits to Sarajevo, the Charity now works in 10 countries across Central and Eastern Europe and Africa and are world leaders in the field of deinstitutionalisation.

Key Travel staff in all offices will be take part in a number of fundraising activities throughout the year to raise money for this worthy cause.
