Here at Key Travel we believe that client satisfaction is the key indicator of our success. To determine this we don’t just guess how our customers feel, we actively probe them, to find out exactly how they feel, both about us and the service they receive. We then use this information to shape everything that we do, from the people we partner with, to the development of our staff.

We recognise that our people are our key asset and work hard to ensure that they are happy and know they are important. To our clients this means our teams are fully equipped with the tools, attitude and knowledge to proactively and efficiently fulfil their requirements.

Each one of our clients is assigned a dedicated booking team that has a solid understanding of the nature of their work. The team are ready to help you plan even the most difficult trips to the most unusual destinations and are there to help you when things (inevitably) change and you need our support.
