We regularly generate online surveys through which we can learn what our customers are thinking in a number of key areas and, where appropriate, use it to drive the development of our policies and service to better meet their ever-increasing expectations.
We also share the results with Key clients, who can use them to better understand the needs of their travellers and how collaboratively they can work with Key Travel to improve their travel programmes.
To date we have gained insight into the areas of travel policy, service, buying behaviours, risk management and duty of care which have shaped a number of interesting internal developments.
