Key Travel has partnered with FairFX to offer our charity, faith and academic clients special rates on FairFX’s prepaid cards and expense management system.
FairFX services will provide Key Travel clients with a simple and easy to use system for managing employee expenses abroad. Funds can be loaded remotely onto cards that are issued to employees. These cards can then be topped-up and tracked using a simple web-based platform, which also allows organisations to manage and monitor employees’ expenditure on a real-time basis.
It is anticipated that this facility will be particularly useful for Key Travel’s charity clients, many of which frequently need to move considerable funds around the world, often at short notice, to support staff and volunteers working abroad. Key Travel clients will be able to take advantage of a special discount on FairFX, with the standard £5 card fee and £250 management fee waived.
