Key Travel has actively contributed towards the causes of our clients, both large and small. We endeavour to continue doing so, preferably through initiatives that involve active staff participation. Regrettably we cannot satisfy all the requests for support that we receive but assure you that where we practically can, we do.
All Key Travel staff are given the opportunity to donate money to a charity of their choice via the ‘Give as your Earn’ scheme. The scheme works by enabling staff to make regular donations from their monthly gross salary. What’s more, as another sign of dedication to our sector, Key Travel match all donations, effectively doubling each individual contribution. In 2008 we launched our first Charity of the Year partnership. By getting involved, and helping charities in their fundraising efforts, our staff are able to achieve a greater understanding and awareness of the fantastic work our clients do on a daily basis.
For the past 5 years we have successfully operated a Charity of the Year scheme and are delighted about the support we have been able to provide to a wide range of incredibly worthwhile causes through this initiative.
Key Travel is currently reviewing its approach to charitable giving and thought is being given to a more long term partnership approach to specific charities. The conclusions of our review will be published in due course, but if you feel you have a plan we might engage with over a longer term, then please send a copy of this to our HR Department at HR@keytravel.com. Please include a short description of how you feel your charity would help us to better identify with the work our donations enable, plus the ongoing engagement and participation of staff in both fundraising and charitable work.
