Key Travel will support Action Against Hunger in 2011
After receiving dozens of applications, Key Travel staff voted to support Action Against Hunger as our Charity of the Year for 2011.
Action Against Hunger (part of ACF International) has been at the forefront of the fight against hunger for over 30 years. The organisation now has over 4300 dedicated field staff who help over 5 million people in 46 countries worldwide.
With projects in nutrition and health, water and sanitation and food security, they tackle the underlying cause of child malnutrition and ensure that their short-term interventions will become long-term solutions.
Action Against Hunger has pioneered life saving therapeutic feeding products that have revolutionised the treatment for hunger.
Key Travel staff in all offices took part in a number of fundraising activities throughout the year, raising over £5000 for this worthy cause.
