Passport

Must be valid for 6 months beyond entry date and have at least one blank page.

Must not contain any Israeli Stamps
 Photographs

Two passport sized colour photographs - Be on a white background and taken within the last 6 months

Scanned and printed photographs will not be accepted. Key Travel recommends using a photo booth
Proof of Employment Letter

A letter from the applicants employer

  • Be on company headed paper and addressed to the embassy
  • Include the name of the applicant
  • Confirm the applicant is an employee of the company
  • Specify travelling for touristic purposes only
  • State the applicants expected date to return to work
Travel Arrangements

A copy of flight itinerary
Photocopy A photocopy of the applicants entire passport - a fee will occur if prefer us to provide this.
Exceptions for Non UK passport holders

A valid UK permit/visa in passport

The following nationals do not require a visa for Algeria. Libya, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Seychelles, Syria, Tunisia and Yemen

All other national will require a visa for Algeria. Extra Documents may occur

Business Letter

A letter from the applicants UK Employer.

  • On company headed paper
  • Include the full name of applicant
  • include the name of the organisation to be visited.
  • specify the visa request
  • Include who is financially responsible for applicant.
  • Signed by someone other than applicant i.e. company director, HR department.

 Letter of Invitation

 

A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting

  • must be on company headed paper
  • Include applicants full name.
  • State purpose of journey and the visa request.
Photocopy A photocopy of the applicants entire passport - a fee will occur if prefer us to provide this.
