If you are planning a holiday or short business trip you will need to apply for an ETA visa which will allow you to spend 3 months in Australia. An ETA is an electronic authorisation from the government to enter Australia. To be eligible you must hold a passport from one of the eligible countries. | The tourist ETA applies to Leisure travel only. Its valid for 12 months from date of issue for multiple journeys. Duration of stay 3 months per stay | |

The Business ETA applies to business travel only. Its valid for 1 year for multiple journeys of up to 3 months per stay. The Business Long ETA applies to business travel only. Its valid for 10 years or the duration of the passenger passport (whichever is shorter) for multiple journeys of up to 3 months per stay.
