Include the full name of the applicant
Include the name of the organisation to be visited
Specify the visa request
Include who is financially responsible for the applicant
Be signed by someone other than the passenger i.e. company director. HR manager

Letter of Invitation
|
A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting, which must
Be on company headed paper
Include the applicants full name
State the purpose of journey and the visa request
Bear the company stamp/seal
If you require the express service, the embassy will also require an invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Azerbaijan
