Multiple entry visas are issued  upon authorization of the Immigration Office in Indonesia, which should be obainted by contacts in Indonesia. Copy of the approval is required if applying for a multiple entry

If the applicant is travelling to a restricted area and this is mentioned on the application form the embassy will need to see a copy of the authorization/permit before they issue the visa.

A letter from the applicants UK Employer.

• On company headed paper
• Include the full name of applicant
• include the name of the organisation to be visited.
• specify the the visa request
• Include who is financially responsible for applicant.
• Signed by someone other than applicant i.e company director, HR department.

A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting

• must be on company headed paper
• Include applicants full name.
• State purpopse of journey and the visa request.
