| Photographs |
Two passport sized colour photographs - Be on a white background and taken within the last 6 months Must be paperclipped to the application form. Scanned and printed photographs will not be accepted. Key Travel recommends using a photo booth |

A letter from the applicants employer confirming employment, this needs to contain the following

| Proof of Financial Means |
Evidence of the applicants available funds. This must be last 3 months bank statements. Online bank statements need to be varified by the bank |

A copy of Flight confirmation A copy of Hotel confirmation |
| Exceptions for non-UK passport holders |
Evidence of UK residency, this must be shown as a valid UK visa in the passport. EU nationals need tp provide proof of UK address, in form of a Utility bill. Applicants of Afghanistan or Indian origin are required to apply to the embassy in person |
