Book with confidence. Key Travel is a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. All the package and flight-plus holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available.
We are bonded by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and carry an Air Travel Organisers Licence to protect our clients.

It is a collaboration between the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, the University of West England (UWE) and PRGX and was developed to create a consistent sustainability measurement to support purchasing and, in doing so, create significant time and cost efficiencies.
