Damian joined Key Travel in February 2019 as Transformation Delivery Director and has a strong track record of delivering global change programmes in the insurance, leisure and travel sectors most recently at Amex Global Business Travel.
As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and APM Programme Manager Damian has led large, global, process re-engineering and project management teams to deliver multi-million dollar efficiency, integration and IT transformation programmes . His key strengths are strategic leadership, change delivery, change management and building high performing teams to deliver successfully across multiple countries and functions. Damian enjoys working with teams that have the drive and enthusiasm for continuous improvement and is an advocate of developing the organisational mindset to embrace change and evolution to improve our client offering and employee engagement.
His focus in Key Travel is to embed the PMO as a global change management function within the business to support our current and future transformation programmes as we grow and evolve the services we provide to our clients.
