When organising any academic or student travel, it is essential that you manage your duty of care and ensure you have taken the necessary steps to protect your travellers and reduce risk to the University. We have developed a number of systems, solutions and processes to help you manage your duty of care more effectively. In addition, Key Travel is a member of ABTA, IATA & ATOL.
We will work with the University to agree acceptable payment processes. Typically group deposits can be paid via purchase order and invoiced in the usual manner. Balance deadlines will be clearly communicated to remove stress of arranging large, unexpected payments.
