Hurricane Sandy Update: 31th October 2012

If you have an itinerary booked with us travelling to or from the US and Canada in the next 2 days , we wanted to update you on the situation and the best way to manage your booking.

Hurricane Sandy is in full force and is making its way to Canada. International travel is being affected, although some airports are hoping to re open, including Newark and JFK airport in New York.

If you have a booking to the USA or Canada that you think may be affected please visit the airlines website for the latest information. 

What  we're doing

Key Travel is receiving updates by the minute from airlines regarding their policies on cancelled flights and is working proactively making contact with affected passengers. Passengers are being contacted based on priority in line with departure times.

If you are a client of our UK offices...

We have set up a dedicated crisis line to support clients whose travel plans have been specifically effected by the hurricane and are due to travel within the next 48 hours.

To contact the dedicated customer care team please dial the number for your usual team and press 'Option 9' .

If you are a customer of our Belgian Office...

Please continue to call  your dedicated agents in the Brussels office on your usual number for today if you have a query.

The Belgium office is closed on Thursday 01st November. In you have an urgent issue on the 01st November please call through to our UK office on 00 44 161 819 8900 and ask to be transferred to our customer services department for assistance.

The office is open from 0845 - 1730 UK time.
