Key Travel has been recognised for the second consecutive year for its overseas sales growth with a place in the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200.
The league table of top-performing private companies was published as a special supplement to The Sunday Times on Sunday 8 July 2012.
Key Travel was ranked at number 59 in the list, climbing one place from 60th position in last year’s International Track 100. It follows a sustained period of international growth, with overseas sales rising from £5.7 million in 2009 to £14.4 million in 2011, making up 19 per cent of all sales (£75 million).
With overseas offices in Brussels and Washington DC, alongside UK offices in Birmingham, Edinburgh, Liverpool, London and Manchester, the listing in The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200 further consolidates Key Travel’s position as a leading travel supplier and strong international brand.
Steve Summers, Chief Executive of Key Travel, says: “We are delighted to be recognised in
The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200. We had a strong 2011 performance and we have every expectation that 2012 will be another successful year based on our results to date. The not-for-profit sectors in both the US and Europe have demonstrated a strong demand for the savings and added-value services that we offer and our success is the result of the ongoing dedication and hard work delivered by our teams.
