Travel alert: Key Travel’s response in the wake of Paris terror attacks

A series of co-ordinated terror attacks took place on the evening of 13 November in Paris, France.
Reports suggest the government in France has declared a national state of emergency.
Following this news Key Travel are contacting travellers who our records show were in Paris at the time of the incident.
We are also contacting clients where our records show they have planned journeys to or from Paris in the next week.
If you have booked with Key Travel and are travelling to/from Paris up to Tuesday 17 November, you can contact our emergency number to re-arrange or cancel your journey on +44 (0)20 7843 9602.
If you wish to re-arrange or cancel travel but are travelling after 16 November we would ask that you contact us on Monday 16 November using your regular reservations teams contact number. We are prioritising our emergency service to those in country and with the most imminent travel plans.
