CrossCountry Trains: Strike action 23, 24, 27 and 31 December
19 December 2017 10:05
The RMT union has called a strike for 23, 24, 27 and 31 December that will significantly affect CrossCountry train services.
CrossCountry will be operating a reduced service, but using some longer trains.
Amended train timetables will be confirmed this week and customers are advised to check the CrossCountry website for updates and details.
Key Travel customers have been advised to travel as early as possible. In a statement CrossCountry said: “Some services may finish earlier than normal, and some stations may have no CrossCountry services, although alternative travel arrangements have been prepared. With fewer trains available we expect all services, and any replacement bus services, to be very busy.”
