Every year our annual survey enables us to capture valuable insight into the policies, attitudes and preferences of our unique client base, allowing us to continuously shape our proposition and invest in our infrastructure. 2016 was no different as we received nearly 2000 responses, a record number, from those who organise travel across NGOs, universities and faith organisations.
