Vice President, Account Management (US)
Kim is responsible for Key Travel’s account management strategies to deliver excellent customer experience and travel management services to our valued non-profit and academic clients.
Kim has held several leadership roles in both sales and account management in her long standing career in the travel industry. Kim started with Key Travel as Managing Director, Strategic Partnerships and then advanced to Vice President, Account Management. Prior to joining Key Travel in 2018 Kim spent 10 years in not-for-profit travel management, responsible for operations, business development and managing a portfolio of global accounts.
Kim is inspired by leading a dynamic team of professionals and setting the vision and standards in delivering great service to our customers. She enjoys identifying and resolving challenges for our customers and aligning Key Travel’s services to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the relationship. Having over 25 years of industry experience and a keen understanding of not-for-profit travel management Kim is able to consult on travel management best practices and apply resource, service, and technology solutions to support any size travel program.
