Russ Ferguson

Russ is responsible for Key Travel’s sales strategy within the North America market, overseeing development of our propositions to ensure they exceed customer’s expectations.

Russ has held several senior leadership roles over 11 years’ service with Key Travel, including account management, commercial and operational positions. 

In his most recent role prior to becoming Vice President of Sales, he was General Manager of our Groups and Tours division in the UK, where he headed both sales and operational functions.  Russ started with Key Travel as an Account Manager for the NGO sector, a position he held for several years, enabling him to understand first-hand management of travel programs for non-profits and their complexities.

Russ enjoys the dynamic environment Key Travel provides as a workplace, where everyone is entitled to voice an opinion and challenge each other through healthy debate.  He likes working with a similarly ambitious and energetic management team that works hard to ensure that Key Travel’s customers can successfully deliver support to the projects they are passionate about.  Russ enjoys working with a community of customers who have similar but at the same time unique requirements.  He is pleased that he can contribute in a small way some of the fantastic efforts NGO’s and humanitarian organizations make globally to make the world a better place.
