The sudden onset of COVID-19 and the travel restrictions and lockdowns now in place across the world means that we have been supporting you, our valued customers, on a diverse range of challenges since the start of 2020.


The sudden onset of COVID-19 and the travel restrictions and lockdowns now in place across the world means that we have been supporting you, our valued customers, on a diverse range of challenges since the start of 2020.

At the beginning of the year, we were advising on travel restrictions associated with China. Throughout Winter and Spring, we aided repatriations for a number of stranded customer employees, provided on-going query handling and advice, assisted with cancellations and helped process refund requests. Much of this work remains on-going.

Last month, we launched a COVID-19 information hub, which gives you access to the most relevant and up-to-date travel news and advice. We also launched the first in a series of travel management webinars curated to keep you informed and engaged.

We will continue to respond as quickly as possible to your rapidly changing needs. For example, we have advanced plans for a monitoring service that will alert you when re-established flights become available. In the first instance, this will cover more than 22 global destinations where humanitarian workers are urgently needed.
