As the impact of COVID-19 continues to spread, I wanted to reach out to our customers, partners and all the friends of Key Travel.

We are constantly monitoring the International response to COVID-19 and thinking of all those we know and care about around the world, whom it is a privilege to serve.

Our number one priority is to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all our employees whilst supporting our customers through this crisis, given the sudden impacts on travel.

Key Travel serves sectors where travel is a force for good, whether in delivering vital aid, education, research or spiritual healing. Many of our customers have been stranded and are trying to get home; whilst others are out in the communities affected. We are acutely aware that the service and support Key Travel provides has never been more important.

All our employees globally have now moved to homeworking, following the activation of our business continuity plans. I’d like to thank the teams publicly for the incredible lengths they go to for our customers and for their dedication during these uncertain times.

We are sending our thoughts to those who have been affected by COVID-19 and also want to say our thanks to those who are on the front lines of this pandemic, for their ongoing dedication.
