What is considered a “group” for travel bookings?
At Key Travel, a group is typically 10 or more travellers departing together on the same flight or itinerary. However, we also arrange smaller group trips, study tours, and specialist travel for NGOs, academic institutions, and faith-based organisations.
What if I have 20 people departing from different locations to the same destination, can you still assist me?
Yes we have a specialist team working on event travel who can co-ordinate this for you and even provide online solutions to assist.

How far in advance should I book group travel?
We recommend booking 6–12 months ahead for the best choice of flights and accommodation. However, we can also arrange urgent group travel at short notice, especially for humanitarian or crisis-response missions.
Can we make changes to group bookings after they’re confirmed?
This is down to the airline and the terms and conditions they impose after confirmation, however we will always work to secure the best terms at the time of booking, with late notice name additions and also as late as possible final payments.
Do you require a deposit for group bookings?
Yes, a small deposit is required upfront to secure the booking.
